We have heard so often how important praise is - that it just isn’t an option if we want to live in God’s Best. But, have you been letting this revelation slip recently? Maybe you haven’t been experiencing the Victory that you need. Check your praise level! How are you responding in your situation? Are you still rejoicing that you have the Victory no matter how things look? When you come into Church, are you so ready to praise that you can’t wait for the praise and worship to get started?

We need to be so in love with Jesus, that our hearts are just going out to Him, praising Him for Who He is, worshipping Him as the King of kings and Lord of lords and, just loving Him!

I was reading this verse in Psalm 8:2 and I got fresh revelation. “Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.” Did you get that? You might say, ‘But that doesn’t say anything about praise.’ Look at Matthew 21:16, “........... And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?” So, yes, the Psalmist was talking about praise, but did you also notice that ‘praise’ and ‘strength’ are interlinked?! What does Nehemiah 8:10 say, “......... the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Are you getting the picture?!

Look back at Psalm 8:2. It says that God ordained strength (or praise) that He might “still the enemy and the avenger.” Who is the enemy and the avenger? Satan. You see, God has told us to praise Him so that the effects of Satan’s operation in our lives will be stopped! That deserves a GLORY TO GOD!!

Don’t ever be tempted to stop praising God - PRAISING GOD IS YOUR TICKET OUT OF YOUR SITUATION! By praising God, you are operating in faith, showing that your trust is in the God of your Salvation. “O come, let us sing unto the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.” (Psalm 95:1)
